Top Ten Tuesday - Go Ahead and Stare

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted over @ The Broke and the Bookish

This weeks topic is: Top Ten Favorite 2012 Covers (so far..)

1. Fever by Lauren Stefano
I picked up Wither because the cover was stunning. And Fever ALMOST blows Wither out of the water. Whoever designed these covers is genius. Plus, I always love how they make more sense after you've read the book.

2. Dreamless by Josephine Angelini
Look at those colors! So gorgeous.

3. Timepiece by Myra McEntire
I wasn't even going to read Hourglass but the cover spoke to me. And Timepiece lives up to all expectations to follow the epic-ness that is Hourglass. I love this cover because it's unexpected, which is exactly what this book holds. The unexpected.

4. Struck by Jennifer Bosworth
I'm a big fan of thunderstorms so naturally I love this cover. It holds so much power - can't wait to read this one.

5. For Darkness Shows the Stars by Diana Peterfreund
Love the title. Love the premise. Love the cover. Love love love.

6. Graffiti Moon by Cath Crowley
I don't know what it is, but this cover is just perfect. Perfect amount of romance, glitter, magic, mess, and coziness.

7. The Treachery of Beautiful Things by Ruth Long
Honestly, I don't even know what this book is about but I know I need to read it. I try to read the synopsis, but I always get distracted by looking at the cover.

8. The Essence by Kimberly Derting
The cover for the second book in the Pledge series was revealed a couple days ago and I'm enthralled by it.

9. Hemlock by Kathleen Peacock
Don't know what it is about this one either, but I just love it. It's the darker colors, I think.

10. My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick
This just looks like a perfect summer - which is what I'm dreaming of right now!

What are your favorite covers so far this year?
